By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
- These Terms apply to all users, including restaurant owners, managers, and staff who create accounts on our platform.

- By registering an account, using our website, or accessing any features of MenuGo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines we may provide.
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

- To use our services, you must create an account providing accurate information, including your email, phone number, and facility details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
- Each account is for a single facility (cafe or restaurant). If you manage multiple locations, separate accounts may be required based on your plan.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in prohibited activities.

4. Services Description
- MenuGo provides tools to create, customize, and manage digital menus, generate QR codes, set up custom subdomains, and facilitate online reservations. Features may vary by subscription plan.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue features with notice.
- Users are responsible for their menu content, ensuring it complies with local laws (e.g., allergen information, pricing accuracy).

5. Payments and Subscriptions
- Our services are offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on our plans page. Payments are processed securely, and all fees are non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You can upgrade/downgrade plans at any time, with prorated charges applied.
- We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Taxes are your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property
- MenuGo owns all rights to our platform, including software, designs, and trademarks. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services for your business.
- You retain ownership of your content (e.g., menu items, images), but grant us a license to display and process it as needed for our services.

- Violation may result in immediate account termination.

- MenuGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
